At Iris Hotel, we are proud to serve our guests ecological/organic products cultivated in the IRIS Farm. IRIS Farm is located in the secluded KEMERDERE Village in ÇANAKKALE,far away from cities and highways,where the ancient civilation of TROY collected its waters. We grow olives, vegetables,fruits and legumes, as well as animal products. We also produce the highest quality organic extra virgin olive oil from the traditional methods without the chemical processes commonly associated with olive oil production.
