In the case of a total cancellation of the Event  More than 120 (one hundred and twenty) days before the date of the Event, the CLIENT will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 30% (thirty per cent) of the total estimated cost of the Event.  Between 120 (one hundred and twenty) days and 61 (sixty one) days prior to the event, the CLIENT will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 70% (seventy per cent) of the total estimated cost of the Event.  Between 60 (sixty) days and 8 (eight) days before the date of the event, the CLIENT will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 90% (ninety per cent) of the total estimated cost of the Event. In the case of a partial cancellation of the Event  No fee will be charged to the CLIENT under the following circumstances:  More than 120 (one hundred and twenty) working days before the event: any cancelled service, which amount does not exceed 12% (twelve per cent) of the total amount of the Event.  Between 120 (one hundred and twenty) and 61 (sixty-one) working days before the event: any cancelled service in an amount not exceeding 10% (ten per cent) of the total amount of the Event.  Between sixty (60) and 8 (eight) working days before the event: • Cancellation of the accommodation, in an amount that does not exceed 5% (five per cent) of Total Rooms Revenue. • Cancellation of any other services (except theme parties/evenings) in an amount that does not exceed 10% (ten per cent) of the total amount of these other services (excluding theme parties/evenings amount).  Less than 8 (eight) working days before the event, the cancellation fee equals 100% (hundred per cent) of the total amount of the Event.  In all other cases of partial cancellation, the CLIENT will be charged a cancellation fee that equals 100% (hundred per cent) of the cancelled services amount. The percentages defined above are non-cumulative  Less than 8 (eight) days before the date of the event, the CLIENT will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% (hundred per cent) of the total estimated cost of the Event.
