Situated on a quiet pedestrian boulevard (Worcester Blvd), the Classic Villa is only steps away from the Arts Centre & Market, Art Gallery, Museum, Botanical Gardens, Cathedral Square, Historic Tram, Punting on the Avon River, Golf Course, Theatres, Restaurants, Cafes & Central City Shopping. Also 3 minutes walk to Christchurch Hospital, Law Courts and CBD makes The Classic Villa suitable for both short and long-term business and holiday stays. It offers 12 rooms and meeting venue with facilities and amenities.
