Hotel Villa Brunella is located in Naples, Italy. Holidaymakers keen to see one of the most enchanting corners of the island should make their way from Capri’s Piazzetta along Via Tragara: a pretty pedestrian pathway which leads, past a string of elegant villas set in gardens of fragrant pine trees and wild myrtle, to the Punta Tragara view point. Each of Villa Brunella’s spacious, light-filled bedrooms has its own sea view terrace, furnished with table, chairs and comfortable sun loungers. The same soft shades of pink, green and blue used for the upholstery and bed linen are found in the delicate floral motifs embellishing the majolica floor tiles.

We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
