Due to the natural landscape of the resort, Windjammer Landing is not wheelchair friendly and may require visitors to walk on uneven terrain or use stairs to move about the property.

The Group will pay as liquidated damages to the Hotel, depending upon the timing of such cancellation, the following amounts as a reasonable estimate of harm to the Hotel for the cancellation: Cancellation Period - Amount of Payment Due Between 120 days & 91 days prior to arrival- 20% of the deposit will be charged for full group cancellation. Between 90 days & 61 days prior to arrival - 60% of the deposit will be charged for full group cancellation. Between 60 days prior to arrival-100% of the deposit will be charged for full group cancellation

Our architecturally stunning villas are designed for family vacations When you walk in the front door of your villa, you see the azure blue waters of the Caribbean sea off in the distance while in your immediate vicinity is all of the creature comforts of home. Our villas feature a full kitchen, spacious living room, dining room, a deck so large that many of our guests consider it their second living room, and your family's own personal plunge pool. Mom and dad, your ensuite bedroom is upstairs with its own balcony while the kids have their bedroom downstairs. It's this unique split-level floor plan that allows the adults their privacy, the children their freedom and enough living space to welcome the whole family for dinner.
