Welcome to The Hotel at Kirkwood Center. Just minutes from the Eastern Iowa Airport (CID) and Interstates 80 and 380, our boutique hotel offers everything a traveler desires. Plus, a little bit more. Stylish features, an extensive, completely original art collection of hand-blow glass, student, faculty and local art- every detail, floor to ceiling, was hand-chosen to create an amazing atmosphere for guests to enjoy. The Hotel is also a teaching facility, exceptional professional staff is required to bring service to its highest level. The American Automobile Association (AAA) has awarded The Hotel the prestigious Four Diamond Award for lodging. The Hotel is now one of only four Four Diamond rated hotels in Iowa. The Hotel also won Hotel of the Year in the state in 2021 awarded by Iowa Tourism.
