Caroline Bay Brasserie & Functions is located on the scenic Central Coast of New South Wales, only one hour north of Sydney. This unique venue caters for corporate events & seminars, weddings, family and social functions. The Brasserie is available for casual dining seven days a week. Caroline Bay operates as a private function venue of an evening and is fully licensed. As well as the ambient atmosphere, Caroline Bay Brasserie & Functions is well known for its excellent food and professional, personalised standard of service. Private Studios are available for all day seminars & meetings of up to 60 people. The Brasserie, Galleries & Foyer areas provide the perfect setting for Gala Balls, private dinners, product launches & parties especially at Christmas. For small groups of four or more people up to 200 guests seated we offer the perfect setting for a complete wedding service.
