Casa di Langa is located in the hamlet between the Barolo, Barbaresco and Alta Langa wine-making regions, our property is more than a hotel: it’s a sustainable experience constructed with local materials and inspired by traditional architecture. Indulge in the best of Piedmont’s cuisine at our restaurant, Faula, where each dish is based on local ingredients, with great care and attention paid to sustainable agriculture and conservation practices. An internationally focused wine list features unique local selections too, including rare bottles from our sister wineries, Vietti and Enrico Serafino. A stay at Casa di Langa is also an opportunity to learn new skills at our traditionally minded cooking school or to experience a wine tasting led by our wine experts. It is also called the city of a hundred towers, which were the symbol of the power of the local lords and real defensive strongholds. Today just few of them remain: the best preserved are those between Piazza Risorgimento and Via Cavour. The two main squares, Michele Ferrero (formerly Savona) and Risorgimento (known as the Duomo) are connected by the Via "maestra" (=main) Vittorio Emanuele, a pedestrian area where you can stroll among the best shops in town.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
