Comfortable accommodations for up to 250 people are complemented by adaptable meeting rooms, a spacious dining hall, pleasant common areas and a garden courtyard. Bellinger Hall is also within walking distance of the Turner Community Center where your group will also benefit from additional meeting spaces, a fitness center, gymnasium and swimming pool. Our residence hall management team will assist you with guest lodging, meeting room and audio-visual requirements and a food service plan tailored to your specifications. The Chautauqua Institution offers many opportunities for reflection, self-expression and spiritual renewal. Known for its unique interaction of the arts, religion, education and recreation, the Institution welcomes over 170,000 people each summer. For nine weeks each year, from late June through late August, the Chautauqua Institution offers an extraordinary blend of arts programming and recreational activities. The Chautauqua Symphony Orchestra performs three concerts a week in the Amphitheater with leading soloists. The CSO is a professional orchestra that draws its membership from around the country and, indeed, from around the world. This National Historic Landmark village has an international reputation as a center for the arts, education, religion and recreation. Some have described Chautauqua as an intergenerational college campus -- others a festival for the mind, body and spirit. Chautauqua is probably best described as both a place and an idea.
