Our 182 rooms come in three room types – Snug, Cozy and Roomy. Designed to echo the building’s industrial past, bedrooms feature panelled leather headboards and warehouse-style floor-to-ceiling windows which sit against custom wallpaper, bespoke bed linens, mid-century-inspired furniture, curated bookshelves, and locally sourced art in every room. Morning or night, our lobby is always open. With its comfy sofas and cozy corners, it’s the perfect place to meet friends, set up camp with your laptop, or knock back an espresso (Martini!) or two. Our all-day restaurant, brought to you by Chicago’s BOKA Restaurant Group, offers seasonal dishes round the clock, whilst our dimly lit piano bar in the basement is the ultimate spot for cocktails. Hotel guests can work up a sweat in our wellness studio, or, if the rays are out, scrap that and head up to the roof to darken up that tan by the pool. Our meetings and events space has five rooms, big or small, to choose from. Guest list too big? You can also have the whole thing just for you. All rooms open out onto The Pantry, a kitchen that's yours to raid, packed with coffee, teas, drinks, fresh pastries, and tasty snacks.

Find us at the corner of Lake and Green Street in the heart of Chicago's bustling West Loop district. Once an industrial area, it’s now a hub for creative types, brimming with galleries, boutiques, cocktail bars and culinary gems, many of which run along the nearby ‘Restaurant Row’. An easy commute from Downtown, wander ‘round to Pilsen, West Town, Bucktown-Wicker Park and Logan Square.
