The Hotel is modern, elegant, comfortable, located in a strategic position among the Provinces of Treviso, Vicenza and Padua, with a beautiful view on the ancient walls of one of most wonderful medieval towns in Veneto region: this is a unique atmosphere. Filanda Hotel receives its guests in luminous and spacious rooms, because of the XVIII century shell which origins its name: the ancient mill where silk was produced. It’s an example of a wise industrial restoration. Also the old chimney - symbol of the building - has remained intact. Inside the typical building, the architects extracted 70 rooms (very impressive for their roomy and comfort), a restaurant, a lounge bar, 7 meeting rooms, a lovely garden with a gazebo and a relaxing area.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
