In the centre of Como a small, protected world is hidden behind the gates of the Palace Hotel. The extensive gardens opening out onto the lake enclose a grand 19th century Art Nouveau style mansion leading down to the old docks with all neighbouring golf courses. Elegant, spacious and airy. Positive energy flows through the reception hall, down the corridors, through the large reception halls, the modern conference centre, the Ceccato Garden Bar and the Antica Darsena restaurant. Meanwhile tranquillity is the order of the day in the light, spacious bedrooms situated on the second and third floors. Whilst outside, outside is Como, waiting to welcome you.

We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.

On the ground floor of the Palace Hotel, the conference centre marks the end of the historical adventure. Here everything is modern and at the forefront of technology. There are 5 meeting rooms, which can host between 10 and 150 people. The areas for greeting, guest registration and coffee breaks are clearly separated from the working areas. Business lunches and dinners can be organised in the Plinius Room or the Magna Ballroom, making everything possible under one roof.. At the Palace Hotel, our customers come first. Our staff are always available to assist you with event planning and you’ll have the final say in the organisation, the menu, the wine list and the mise en place. Everything is tailored to meet your needs. The staff at the Palace Hotel are always professional and impeccable. And while the business meetings are in progress, there’s plenty of things to keep partners and other guests busy: lake trips, art, culture, shopping or simply relaxing. You’re in the centre of Como, with everything at your fingertips.
