First Hotel Excelsior is close to the Central Station and Tivoli Gardens. The hotel underwent refurbishment from 2008-2010 and offers 100 comfortable rooms, a breakfast restaurant and a cosy library, which can also used as a meeting facility for up to 14 persons. You can relax and enjoy cold refreshments in the hotel’s intimate courtyard garden. Here you’ll find peace and quiet after a full business day or when returning from the city’s many tourist attractions, which are just around the corner. First Hotel Excelsior is located in Vesterbro, one of the city’s hippest neighborhoods abuzz with bars, restaurants and design boutiques. If you are looking for an inspiring dining experience or late-night clubbing then the head for Kodbyen, a local district where new eateries and cool bars almost pop up overnight. Borrow one of the hotel’s bicycles and do as the locals – experience Copenhagen by pedal power! Meander down the narrow streets to Nyhavn, enjoy a picnic in the King’s Garden, or book a guided tour at our reception.
