Our third restaurant in the Houston-area is located in the Baybrook Mall, a premier, high-end destination for shopping and dining. The restaurant features an open-air churrasco grill in the heart of the dining room where guests can watch our Gaucho Chefs practice the culinary art of churrasco as they butcher and grill a variety of fire-roasted proteins. The main dining room is anchored by a white Carrara marble Market Table and our signature bas-relief interpretation of Antonio Carigni’s O Lacador statue, the embodiment of the gaucho culture. The Friendswood location also features an expansive patio for al fresco dining, soaring wine cases, a contemporary Bar Fogo area with lounge seating and dry-aged meat lockers for in-house aging.

In the event of cancellation or termination by Licensee, notwithstanding any provision of this Addendum to the contrary, any deposits and Cancellation Fees actually received by Licensor may, upon mutual agreement of the parties, be applied to a rescheduled or new event of similar size and scope (not yet reserved by the Facility) by Licensee or Licensee’s third party representative, provided the new event is incremental to the Facility and licensed to occur within the next full calendar year following the date of the original Event.

CONVENTION AND MEETING FACILITIES With a versatile Exhibit Hall converts from a 76,500 square foot show room to a dining venue that serves several thousand banquet style. Includes a breath-taking Grand Foyer, and 20,000 square foot ballroom. Feature Highlights of the convention center facility: Grand Foyer Lobby with a magnificent view of the bay • Escalators and elevators to all venues • Increased capacity to handle groups • Circular vehicular plaza with covered porte cochere and drop off • A 27,000 square foot Ballroom divisible into two rooms • A 20,000 square foot Ballroom divisible into four rooms • Pre-function hall off Ballrooms overlooking the bay • Large catering kitchen to serve all venues • State-of-the-art audio/visual and data communications •FREE WIFI Multi-Purpose Arena Rising prominently in the atrium, a grand staircase and adjacent escalators and elevators connect the main concourse to the mezzanine level. A third escalator connects to an upper concourse and the grand staircases access all levels. The VIP Club includes a bar and dining area on the mezzanine level. A more exclusive dining area overlooks the bay from the most prominent corner. Club suites, only 15 rows from the event floor, offer sightlines at an ideal distance and height to see all the action below. The spectator balcony above is reached from the mezzanine and upper concourse. The arena has a horseshoe bowl and seating capacity for up to 10,000. This includes fixed seating, retractable floor seating and premium box seats. The lower bowl seats 5,057 with the upper balcony seating another 3,099. Balconies open to a dramatic view of the bay skies with natural light filtering in through its glass lined walls. Monumental shades can blacken the balconies forsmaller events.
