The Hotel Bellevue Suites & SPA in Cortina d’Ampezzo is a historic hotel situated in the heart of the Queen of the Dolomites close to the pedestrian area of Corso Italia. This important 4 star hotel has 66 rooms 46 of them are Apartments Suite, all decorated in the typical Cortina d’Ampezzo style and finished with warm period parquet flooring and precious panelling. The hotel provides all sorts of comforts, including a Spa and a Fitness room. The excellent combination of simple but flavoured ingredients and the hosting of guests are the strongest points of the Restaurant, in perfect harmony with the style of the Bellevue Suites & SPA.

We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
