Stay and play closer to the mountains. Our 191-unit slopeside hotel reflects a combination of outdoor adventure, mountain charm and contemporary design including 32 spacious Suites. The Elevation Hotel and Spa offers more than 13,000 square feet of event and conference space including a ballroom, an executive boardroom, additional breakout rooms and an expansive outdoor patio surrounded by the scenic mountain views of Crested Butte. Contemporary décor with a mountain modern edge extends from our spacious common areas to our well-appointed guestrooms, each featuring a resort kitchenette. Our on-site restaurant, Jose Crested Butte, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, specializing in coastal Mexican cuisine and american favorites with take-out and room service options available. Additionally, billy barr located adjacent to the hotel lobby provides a grab and go breakfast & espresso service daily and light bites and craft cocktails afternoons and evenings. Complimentary live music is provided in these establishments Thursday-Sunday. The Elevation Spa’s nine therapy rooms and the largest fitness center in Crested Butte, round-out the many reasons why Elevation Hotel & Spa is the ideal location for your next mountain meeting. Located at the base of Crested Butte Mountain Resort, the Elevation Hotel & Spa is the only ski-in/out hotel in the base area. Our on-site, Elevate ski rental shop and valet make it easy for your guests to get out on the slopes for just an hour or the entire day. A variety of outdoor winter activities are available close-by including snowmobile tours, cross-country skiing and ice-fishing. Historic downtown Crested Butte is just minutes away and accessible by the free local shuttle that leaves the base area every 15-20 minutes. Come summertime, the adventure continues with on-site mountain bike rentals to explore Crested Butte’s world-class hiking & biking trails. Known as the Wildflower Capital of Colorado, our high alpine valleys produce a wondrous variety of native wildflowers which explode in brilliant color every summer. A diverse range of summer activities exist, including free outdoor concerts Wednesday nights just outside the hotel and socializing by the large fire pit on our restaurant’s outdoor patio. Nearby golf, whitewater rafting and fly-fishing provide more active endeavors your attendees can enjoy outside their meeting times. Crested Butte is a 30 minute drive from Gunnison, 90 minutes from Montrose and 4 ½ hours from Denver.

Free outdoor concerts take place mid-June to mid-August on Wednesday evenings just outside the hotel in the resort base area as well as on Monday nights at Crested Butte's Town Park. Each summer offers an exciting lineup of amazing musicians ranging from bluegrass to rock 'n' roll to funk. Local restaurants provide casual food & beverage options at each show.
