The Parador de Cuenca is right in the Hoz del Huecar facing the Hanging Houses of Cuenca and accessed by the outstanding metal bridge, as is the old town. The cosy, comfortable hotel rooms - some with splendid views of the hanging houses - are a highlight as are the conference rooms, the bar and marvellous dining room decorated with exquisite taste.
