Даляньский международный финансовый конференц-центр — единственный учебный центр МВФ в Северо-Восточной Азии. Центр занимает площадь 73 000 квадратных метров и спроектирован в классическом и современном европейском архитектурном стиле и создал настоящую усадьбу.
