One-third of the estimated total cost is due two weeks prior to the event with a signed copy of this contract to confirm the event. Remaining event balance is due on or before the day of the event. Deposits are non-refundable.

Venue Amenities *Large dance floor with dynamic lighting *Three 6’ media screens with LCD projectors * 17” screens for logo, sponsor recognition or welcome message * Mac OS X running Office Suite including PowerPoint, media players and Internet * WiFi * Connect to the projectors with your laptop. VGA output required. * Two wireless and two ear microphones * Podium * IPod or IPad compatible * Digital exterior marquees* * Spotlight imprint of logo or text on entrance way or dance floor* * In-house DJ * * Soundproof recording booth * * On-line ticket sales * * HD Video Camera with tripod* * AV Tech required to set up before an event or be on site for an event * *Additional cost Audio and Light Production No expense has been spared in planning the acoustics in the room. The premium custom sound system brings performances to the audience with extraordinary warmth and clarity. The walls and ceiling are concrete, up to a few feet thick in some areas, and there is a state of the art acoustic barrier that bounces sound back into the room. Our in-house audio technician works with DJs or live bands to provide premium sound quality. The light technician provides dynamic lighting on the stage and dance floor and also controls media on the stage screens. Production costs do apply. Guests are welcome to bring in their favorite live band or DJ. Talent is required to use Soiled Dove Underground’s existing audio and lights, and our technicians must be present.
