OCEAN PRIME is a modern American restaurant and lounge from the award-winning Cameron Mitchell Restaurants. The nationally-acclaimed Ocean Prime delivers an extraordinary experience with stunning settings, an impressive menu of seafood and prime cuts of steak, signature cocktails, a Wine Spectator-honored wine list and truly genuine hospitality. From the kitchen and bar, there is an appreciation for ingredients that comes through in every dish. Our menu is both classic and modern featuring lighter items like sushi and poke, to indulgent seafood presentations, juicy steaks and decadent desserts.

Elevate the "supper" portion of your jazz and supper club experience with our seasonal three course menu or supplement your dinner with seasonally inspired small plates or cheese and charcuterie offerings. Included with all "Dinner and a Show Reservations", our three course dinner allows guests to choose between several offerings for each course for a truly customized dinner. Dishes such as grilled Palisade peaches or Berkshire Pork Chops are crafted by our culinary team with a focus on highlighting seasonality and the use of front range farmers, organic ranchers and other small-scale Colorado based purveyors. Most evenings, you can also find a nightly Chef's Special to substitute into your three course tasting. Our team is also happy to assist in modifying dishes to accommodate most dietary restrictions. To heighten the dining experience, guests can also enjoy wine and cocktail pairings for each course hand selected by our sommelier and award winning beverage team.

Named after the chef’s daughter, Guard and Grace is a take on the big, fancy, modern steakhouse – miles and miles of fiery grills and charcuterie, oyster bar and bar tops, private rooms, and a posh, walk-in, floor-to-high-ceiling glassed wine cellar – yet still, with more of a bright, airy playfulness than the usual dark, stiff, mano a mano atmosphere. Guard and Grace Denver, Chef Troy Guard’s most ambitious restaurant to date, opened in early 2014. It’s a spectacular 9,000 square foot space, located in the heart of Downtown Denver’s business center on the street level of the 56-floor Brookfield Building. Only to be outdone by itself, Guard and Grace Houston, opened November 2019, is even bigger; fitting for its Texas location. Guard’s first venture outside of Denver, Guard and Grace Houston is situated in a 15,000-square-foot, glass-enclosed structure on the ground-level of the newly renovated One Allen Center. Prime, certified Angus, local grass-fed and Wagyu cuts of beef in 4 to 22 oz. portions appeal to multiple appetites, from a light bite to ravenous; and fresh seafood, charcuterie, artisanal cheeses as well as vegetarian selections offer something for everyone. With thousands of bottles in temperature-controlled wine cellars, Guard and Grace can meet nearly any need.

Anyone living in the great city of Chicago during the 1990’s couldn’t help but be immersed in the Bulls total domination of the NBA. Michael Jordan was the king and everything he touched (or endorsed) turned to gold, including the iconic men’s clothing store Bigsby & Kruthers. So, when it came time to name our golden retriever puppy, the tie to the Bulls was a given. There were already lots of “Jordan’s” and “Rodman’s” running around the dog parks, but “Bigsby” was a little less obvious and had a nice ring to it. Little did we know that Bigsby would come to be the inspiration behind a long time dream of owning our own winery. We chose his name for our winery endeavor because we wanted it to be meaningful while also capturing the spirit of an era in American history when life was joyful, but simple — the Roaring 20’s, also known as the “Années Folles” or “Crazy Years” when wine production was forced underground and made in small batches for private consumption or at speakeasies. It was enjoyed with a little extra appreciation. We think our name embodies the personality of our brand. Approachable. Friendly. Loving and accepting of anyone who appreciates the good life and the things that make it so —- like dogs, and wine.
