Jackson Hole Airport is serviced by American Airlines, Delta Airlines, and United Airlines. Direct service is seasonally available from Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Salt Lake City, and San Francisco. During the winter months, direct service is also available from JFK-New York, Newark, and Seattle.

On the doorstep of Four Seasons, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is renowned for its rugged, varied terrain, deep light snow and endless back-country, and offers some of the country's best ski and snowboard experiences. On an average day, there are less than 2,000 skiers on the 2,500-acre ski area, offering the lowest skier density in the country. Dogsledding, sleigh rides, heli-skiing, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing are other winter favourites. The Resort's winter season runs from December to early April. In the summer, from late May through early October, guests can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, Gondola and Tram rides, paragliding, hot air balloon rides and the Kids Ranch Summer Camp.

Grand Teton National Park is famous for the saw-toothed peaks and broad canyons of the Teton Range. This is a 40 mile (65 kilometre) long, seven to nine mile (11 to 14.5 kilometre) wide mountain block. Grand Teton, the highest peak, towers more than a mile above the valley of Jackson Hole, rising to 13,770 feet (4,198 metres). Twelve other mountains in the range rise over 12,000 feet (3,658 metres). Approximately 50 miles (80 kilometres) of Snake River lie within Grand Teton National Park, forming the headwaters of the extensive Columbia River system. Also within the park are seven glacial lakes and more than one hundred alpine and backcountry lakes. The park is open year round and for car traffic from May through October.

The Jackson Elk Herd, the largest elk herd in the world, has a population of approximately 14,000 – more than 7,500 of which spend the winter on the 25,000-acre (10,120-hectare) National Elk Refuge. Located 3 miles (5 kilometres) north of Jackson, on the flat meadows surrounding the Gros Ventre River, the National Elk Refuge operates a supplemental feeding programme for the elk to help them survive the winter without raiding the farmers' haystacks. Horse-drawn sleigh rides among the elk are available mid-December through March. Hours vary seasonally.

If group cancels the entire Event, the Hotel shall have suffered damages equivalent to the profits that the Hotel would have earned from the sale of rooms, food and beverage outlets, and use of recreation facilities, commission on retail sales and ancillary payments etc. in connection with the Event. The parties acknowledge that it is difficult to quantify such damages and have agreed that the Hotel shall assess a cancellation fee, (the “Cancellation Fee”) against the Patron as liquidated damages and not as a penalty. The Cancellation Fee will be based on the date written notice of cancellation is received by the Hotel, and calculated as a percentage of Estimated Room Revenue from the Room Block in accordance with an agreed scale. In the case of cancellation, the Cancellation Fee and any related taxes are payable within 30 days of the date of cancellation after which time the Cancellation Fee will bear interest at the rate of 1 1/2% per month (18% per annum) until paid.

The 156 guestrooms, including 18 suites and 32 private residences, are generously sized and capture the spirit of a mountain hideaway, with natural wood and stone finishes and comfortable, residential-style furnishings. Guest accommodations offer superb mountain, valley or courtyard views, and most include private balconies and fireplaces. A well-defined work area allows guests to remain productive, with up-to-the-minute technology for communication and entertainment, including high-speed Internet access.
