The Chancery Hotel opened in 2024 and is a modern, four-star property offering 150 bedrooms and a dedicated boardroom for up to 12 delegates. Located in a historically significant part of Dublin City Centre, the hotel reflects the character and heritage of its surroundings. It is within walking distance of established meeting venues such as Dublin Castle and the Dublin Royal Convention Centre. The Chancery Hotel is a Venue Healthcare Champion, recognised as an International Compliance Assessed and Trained Healthcare Venue. Housed in a purpose-built distillery, we can highly recommend the tours and tastings on offer. You can learn about the history of whiskey production in Ireland and the methods in use at the distillery and enjoy guided tastings of their single malts, vintage collections, and limited editions.
