In a delightfully elevated position in the ancient capital of Dunfermline - Garvock House sits proudly in over 2 acres of gardens, a glorious testimony to its hey day as a stunning family house. Truly 'the country house hotel in town.' Family owned and run has been transformed into a delightful hotel retaining an authentic and rather special country house charm and informality: relaxing and elegant with classic interiors, very comfortable furnishings and spacious rooms. And a passion for fresh produce which remains undimmed. Edinburgh International Airport for international and domestic flights is only 15 miles from the hotel and Glasgow International Airport 47 miles. The hotel’s personalised service and ‘can do’ approach is very well exemplified in our bedrooms and a real 'home from home' feel is our priority for you. 26 comfortable and well-appointed non-smoking bedrooms arranged on 2 floors, to suit all types of guests - singles, doubles, twins and spacious family rooms. With 12 ground floor rooms with 2 suitably equipped for guests with less mobility. Hotel has a range of rooms suitable for small meetings up to large presentations. Meeting rooms, syndicate space and break out areas (2 – 75 people). The hotel’s superb main self contained function room comfortably accommodates up to 75 people theatre style and 65 in cabaret style. Garvock House Hotel has an elegant banqueting suite with French doors leading to the gardens, seats upto 120 persons for the wedding ceremony and breakfast with a maximum of 150 persons for the evening reception.
