All rates are subject to 4% housekeeping service charge. In addition, state & local taxes of 12.1% will be applied to all room charges. Rates and policies are subject to change without notice. DEPOSIT: 50% deposit of total stay amount is needed to guarantee the reservation. All reservations must be secured by credit card at time of booking. NOTIFICATION OF CANCELLATION: c/o The Maidstone is a small boutique hotel; because of that we are significantly affected by cancellations. As a result, we MUST adhere to a strict cancellation policy - No exceptions. 30 days or More prior to arrival: Your deposit will be refunded to you less a $50.00 cancelation fee per room per night. Between 29 days and 8 days prior to arrival: Your deposit is forfeited. 7 days prior to arrival, early departures or no shows: You will be charged for the total stay amount (Including any pre-arranged services) All cancellations must be in writing, by email or fax. To modify or cancel your reservations please call (631) 324-5006 in the U.S. and Canada. EXTRA PERSON IN ROOM: $75 per night (4 years old & above) $50 per night (3 years old & under) Extra person rates include breakfast, linens, cot or crib. C/O THE MAIDSTONE SMOKING POLICY: c/o The Maidstone is a non-smoking hotel. If you have the urge to smoke, you are of course welcome to puff away in our beautiful garden! However, guests smoking in any hotel room will be charged an extra night’s fee for the cost of returning the room to a non-smoking status. C/O THE MAIDSTONE PET POLICY: Pets: $25 per night per pet. Please inspect your room upon check- in. Any damages caused during your Pet’s visit will be charged to your credit card on file.

They are even welcome in some of our dining rooms, so that you can enjoy your meals together just like you would have done at home. Our celebrated chefs have created a special woof menu with delicious dog treats. Room rates for dogs are $ 25.
