Wooten’s son, Goodall, moved into the home on the property in 1900 with his new wife, Ella, who oversaw its transformation into a Greek revival mansion. The Exeter Inn offers 44 guest rooms and suites, Epoch Restaurant & Bar, and a variety of flexible event spaces for meetings, weddings, private dining, and social celebrations. Event spaces include the Daniel Webster Ballroom, Great Hall, Exeter Room, Wheelwright Room, and private dining areas. The Inn accommodates corporate meetings, executive retreats, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, social celebrations, and overnight group stays. Customized menus, audiovisual services, room blocks, and event coordination are available. The property is currently transitioning to the Delamar Hotel Collection, with renovations and enhancements planned to further elevate the guest experience while preserving the Inn’s historic New England character.
