Nestling on the edge of the Cotswolds between Oxford and Swindon, Sudbury House offers traditional comforts with modern facilities, within easy access of the M4 and M40. Sudbury House has 9 functions rooms suitable for private dining, conferenced or events. With AV Equipment and a variety of setups we can suit 2 - 200 people. Our Magnolia Brasserie can seat 160 in a banqueting setup with 200 for a reception. Our 9 acres of manicured grounds make a beautiful backdrop for weddings, outdoor activities and team away days We have 50 comfortable ensuite bedrooms all with tea and coffee facilities, desk, flat screen TV, iron and ironing board, water and fruit and complimentary WiFi. We have two suites onsite which are fitted with roll top bath tubs and walk in showers as well as super king beds.

Based behind Sudbury House Hotel with access from our gardens, this unique 100ft Tower is Faringdon’s icon and the last major folly to be built in England. Hailed as 'Britain's finest 20th century Folly Tower' and 'One of the most important follies in Britain' The Tower sits on Folly Hill, within a charming 4 acre, circular woodland of splendid Scots Pine and broadleaf trees, some more than 200 years old. Check out the fantastic views over 5 counties and find out about the history of Folly Hill, Henry James Pye (of Sing a Song of Sixpence fame), Oliver Cromwell and the very eccentric Lord Berners (the creator of the Tower).
