Hi! I’m Estelle Tracy, a chocolate sommelier with a French accent and the founder of 37 Chocolates, a chocolate education company. I’ve hosted hundreds of tastings worldwide, both in-person and online, for teams and clients who want something fun, inclusive, and memorable. From wine, beer, and tea pairings to blind tastings and global chocolate journeys, I bring people together through chocolate. My clients include Google, Deloitte, and EY, and I’m a regular speaker at major industry events like the DC Chocolate Festival, the PA Chocolate & Coffee Festival, and the Retail Confectioners Association. READYSET ATLANTA is a strategic and fast paced team of highly skilled Fabricators and Artists providing custom or pre-built sets. Our 12,000 square foot shop paired with our experienced crew allows us the opportunity to expertly execute a myriad of unique designs and projects. Our clients can rely on us to provide custom designs for any venture, from studio photography sets, events, retail and showroom displays, trade show booths, video and film scenery, gallery builds, pop-up locations and runways. Originating from ReadySet Inc. in New York City, an industry leader since 1997, we embody the passion and commitment necessary to meet our client's unique needs. We relish the opportunity to exceed our client's expectations and our team finds challenges rewarding. Our diverse crew offers a wide range of skills and they are always open to working with new ideas, materials or methods to further our skill set and deliver. Our clients are encouraged to inspect their jobs in our shop to get a hands on feel of the scale and specific scenic elements.

OPENING SUMMER 2025 F1 Arcade Philadelphia will bring its first-of-its-kind experiential venue to the heart of Center City. The space will cover over 19,200 square feet offering show-stopping hospitality, an electrifying atmosphere and a best-in-class Formula 1 social racing experience.

The Center City Philadelphia Fogo is located in the historic Caldwell’s Jewelry Building. Guests are greeted with exquisite dining rooms with French-cut chandeliers and 20-foot ceilings. Fogo elevates the centuries-old cooking technique of churrasco – the art of roasting high-quality cuts of meat over an open flame – into a cultural dining experience of discovery. Differentiated menus are offered for all dayparts including lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, and group dining, plus full-service catering and contactless takeout and delivery options.
