DoubleTree by Hilton Florence Metropole is a contemporary hotel located in a strategic location, only 3 km (10 minutes) from the main Italian highways exit and the Florence International Airport "Amerigo Vespucci". DoubleTree by Hilton Florence Metropole offers 2 column-free Ballrooms of 500 sq.mt. each that can be divided into 10 smaller meeting rooms of various size. Meeting rooms feature natural daylight and state of the art AV equipment. The ground floor meeting rooms feature also direct access to the hotel outdoor parking, making it the ideal location for car launches. The hotel features a complimentary car parking for up to 50 cars and a covered parking for up to 80 cars.

The top floor offers a splendid 360° panorama over the vast park and the city of Florence. The park links Palazzo degli Affari with the nearby Palazzo dei Congressi and it's a pleasant spot for conference participants to relax during breaks under its centuries-old trees. On the ground floor (Piazza Adua ) , from May 2007, we realized the New Reception of the Palazzo dei Congressi and Palazzo degli Affari, 200 sqm to welcome guests and delegates joining conferences in the Florentine venues and as welcome area with "Information display network" showing with four plasma monitors.

The Lounge Bar features a spacious relax area and it is the ideal place to have a drink and realx at the end of a busy day. Start the morning with a wide choice of healthy products at our breakfast buffet or reserve a table at our Luci della Città Restaurant where you will savor some pillars of Tuscan gastronomy such as Florentine T-bone steak, Ribollita or Pappa al pomodoro and some of the most famous Tuscan and international wines. According to the City Council resolution n. 230/33 of 06/20/2011, from July 1st the City of Florence will introduce the tourism tax, applied to non-residents overnight staying, for a maximum of 7 nights. The sum will be collected as "overnight accommodation fee on tourist services in the City of Florence". Guests with residence in Florence and children under the age of 12 are exempt from payment.
