Pestana Grand Hotel, one of the best and most privileged hotels in Madeira, is also undoubtedly one of the best located. Sitting at the top of the Ponta da Cruz seacliff, it provides a superb view of the Atlantic Ocean and Cabo Girão. This hotel in Madeira is surrounded by magnificent and spacious tropical gardens with enormous palm trees, lawns and exotic areas decorated with rocks. It also has the largest outdoor sea water swimming pool in Madeira Island, which was specially designed to reflect and highlight its magnificent view over the sea. The Hotel offers 177 comfortable rooms for the guests which are well equipped with all modern amenities.
