The lakefront Courtyard Gaithersburg Washingtonian Center is located in the heart of rio: a 760,000 sq. ft. waterfront center with over 20 restaurants and shops plus a lakefront walking trail, Dave & Busters, and a movie theater. This hotel is conveniently located right off the Intercounty Connector (ICC) MD 200 and I-270, which connects to other suburban cities like Bethesda and Rockville. This hotel is about a ten-minute drive to the Shady Grove Metro Station, a 30-minute drive to downtown Washington, D.C., and a forty-minute drive to the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). Within a half mile of the hotel is Downtown Crown, another shopping center with convenient services, shops, and unique restaurants. The hotel is also located eight miles from the Maryland SoccerPlex. Unlike other Courtyards, this hotel has lots of indoor event space (2,673 sq. ft.) and an outdoor lakefront terrace that can host events.
