Cancellation before 12 months prior to the event, only the non-refundable deposit is kept. b. Cancellation 12 months to 6 months prior, 25% of the estimated balance will be collected. c. Cancellation 6 months to 3 months prior, 50% of the estimated balance will be collected. d. Cancellation 3 months or less prior, 100% of the estimated balance will be collected.
