Graythwaite Manor Hotel is a beautifully furnished country house hotel which provides an exclusive, comfortable and tranquil setting in which to relax; enhanced by its peaceful situation in ten acres of gold award landscaped gardens and woodland, on a hillside looking out over Morecambe Bay. Being a private location, with just 20 en-suite beautifully appointed bedrooms Graythwaite Manor is the ideal place to enjoy your personal celebration from start to finish. We can cater for your special day, offering sit down meals for up to 60 guests and a buffet for up to 100.

Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”. A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era. Liberated from the confines of a single location, Covert Cocktail Club now brings the speakeasy right to your door—be it at your home, office, bar mitzvah, dinner party, bachelor/ette party or anywhere you choose!

The vessel offers comfort throughout with comfortable seating in the deck area, a fly bridge deck gives you a second floor viewing area for entertaining and taking in the incredible views of Seattle’s awesome sunsets, and a lounge below-deck to get out of the wind, if desired, with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk.
