Located on the outskirts of London, The Guildford Harbour Hotel's prime location in the heart of Guildford town centre offers excellent transport links to London Waterloo and London Heathrow & Gatwick. Clients benefit from a variety of private function spaces from small sleek boardrooms to bright and spacious larger rooms. The largest conference suite 'Prelude' has been designed in such a way as to be flexible enough to hold in excess of 400 delegates at any time. All meeting spaces offer everything you would expect of a modern day venue including state of the art in-built AV systems and complimentary high speed WiFi access. Our cancellation charges are as follows: a) Less than 21 days of the function date, 100% of the room rental rates will be charged plus 100% of the anticipated food and beverage revenue or 100% of the quoted daily delegate rate if applicable. b) Less than 6 weeks of the function date, 100% of the room rental rates will be charged plus 50% of the anticipated food and beverage revenue or 50% of the quoted daily delegate rate if applicable. c) Between 3 months and 6 weeks of the function date – 50% of the room rental rates will be charged and 10% of the anticipated food and beverage revenue or 10% of the quoted daily delegate rate if applicable.
