Traditional Groups Cancelation Policies (+10 rooms) -Within 91 days or more prior group's arrival, without penalty. -Between 90 and 61 days prior group's arrival, initial deposit will not be refundable. -Between 60 and 46 days prior group's arrival, group will have 1 night penalty per room. -Between 45 and 31 days prior group's arrival, group will have 2 night penalty per room. -Cancellations 30 days or less prior group's arrival, will apply no refund policy. ** All reductions and cancellations must be requested in writing prior to the cut off dates outlined. Verbal reductions and cancellations shall not be binding ** Traditional Groups Reduction Policies: -Within 61 days or more prior group's arrival , without penalty. -Between 60 and 46 days prior group's arrival, reductions of 25% of the total room block without penalty; 75% of the remaining cancelled rooms will have 1 night penalty per room. -Between 45 and 31 days prior group's arrival, reductions of 15% of the total room block without penalty; 85% of the remaining cancelled rooms will have 2 nights penalty per room. -Reductions 30 days or less prior group's arrival, will apply no refund policy
