The Dower House is an exclusive training and private events venue set in the idyllic surroundings of the Chiltern Hills on the Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire border. It is ideal for Parties and Special events with 25 beds for those who want to stay over. It also offers inexpensive, comfortable accommodation amidst peaceful surroundings where groups are provided with a welcoming and secure atmosphere, and where participants are able to relax and focus on their activities, leaving refreshed and positively charged. The unique atmosphere of The Dower House makes it a very special venue in which to hold your wedding. The Dower House, a classic Victorian country house in the style of a Normandy ‘manoir’, is set in its own two and a half acres of beautiful gardens ample parking and woodland, which also makes it an ideal venue for themed or barbecue weddings! Also, it is an inspiring environment for hosting Conferences, Corporate Events, Board Meetings and Trainings.

You’ll have the best seat in the house while cruising aboard the classic 42′ Grand Banks yacht, the Rainbird. The Rainbird is meticulously maintained and cared for, and shows it throughout. The vessel offers comfort throughout with comfortable seating in the deck area, a fly bridge deck gives you a second floor viewing area for entertaining and taking in the incredible views of Seattle’s awesome sunsets, and a lounge below-deck to get out of the wind, if desired, with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk. The forward stateroom offers double twin-size beds in a v-berth layout. The Rainbird is centrally located, close to downtown Seattle, Lake Union, U of W, and Lake Washington.
