A credit card and deposit of 1 night plus tax is required to guarantee all reservations at time of booking. On arrival the hotel will authorize the credit card for the full stay plus a per day amount to cover any additional items charged to the room. Cancel by 4:00 PM local hotel time at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid 1 night room and tax penalty. Reservations made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival may cancel within 24 hours (1 day) after booking without penalty. Reservations require a deposit equal to the value of the first night's room and tax charges at time of booking. Exception: Fully Prepaid or Non Refundable or Advance Purchase reservations. Luana Waikiki Hotel & Suites | Honolulu, Hawaii (hotelluanawaikiki.com) obtains a hold of USD 100 security deposit for additional incidentals (e.g. parking) per room per stay to our guests’ credit cards on arrival. The hotel automatically releases the credit card hold (if unused) immediately upon departure.

Yes, We do not provide plastic stirrers or plastic straws in our units. Utensils are provided in our rooms.
