We require 7 days advance notice so that we can attempt to re-rent the room (a 15% handling charge will be applied if money is refunded). In the event a cancellation is made in less than 7 days and we are able to re-rent the room, all money will be refunded minus a 15% handling charge. (Special events are non-refundable.) No shows and cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will be charged full price.
