Ограничения помещения

La Siesta Resort & Villas is an "all-suite" resort featuring suites (from studio suites to 3-bedroom suites), villas and cottages. Our smallest studio suite is 540 sq. ft. featuring one king bed plus sleeper sofa and sleeps up to 4 guests. Our largest villa, Marbella, is a 6-bedroom house with over 3,000 sq. ft. of space that sleeps up to 12 guests. Our larger villa accommodations offer indoor salon areas or outdoor terrace spaces that can accommodate intimate meetings, hospitality areas, weddings and social events, private chef led dinners and more, all of which may be booked through our Sales & Catering team. La Siesta offers limited boat and trailer parking, which must be pre-registered. The resort is dog-friendly, with a maximum of two (2) dogs per accommodation allowed; preregistration is required and a nightly pet fee applies.

Individual cancellation is 72 hours prior to arrival. Group cancellation is on a sliding scale from date of contract execution to 100% at 60 days prior to arrival.

Our $65 daily resort fee includes: - Access to the Islamorada Resort Collection – three resorts, multiple beaches, five pools and 12 culinary destinations - Daily Rum Runner water taxi - Daily 4-hour bicycle rental - Daily 3-hour kayak and paddleboard rentals - Daily shuttle service between Mile Markers 77 and 85 - Enhanced Wi-Fi internet access - Beach and pool chaise lounges with umbrellas - Complimentary coffee daily (7:30 a.m.–11:00 a.m.) - One reusable water bottle per guest, per stay - Access to the fitness centers at Amara Cay Resort and Three Waters Resort & Marina - Self-parking (boat and trailer parking fees apply) Resort fee is subject to applicable taxes.
