Both parties may cancel the organization of accommodation without making any payments or applying 4 PMdefined in the deposit details in Article 5 of this contract, 6 months before guest group check-in date. Until 180 days (180 days included) to 90 days (90 days included) before guest group check-in date, CUSTOMER/ORGANIZER is entitled to reduce the total overnight stay number reserved by the HOTEL for the organization, as much as 20%. Cancellations over this amount shall be subject to no-show price (cancellation fee). Until 89 days (89 days included) to 60 days (60 days included) before guest group check-in date, CUSTOMER/ORGANIZER is entitled to reduce the total overnight stay number reserved by the HOTEL for the organization, as much as 10%. Cancellations over this amount shall be subject to no-show price (cancellation fee). Until 59 days (59 days included) to 30 days (30 days included) before guest group check-in date, CUSTOMER/ORGANIZER is entitled to reduce the total overnight stay number reserved by the HOTEL for the organization, as much as 5%. Cancellations over this amount shall be subject to no-show price (cancellation fee). Regardless of any amounts/ratios; the cancellations made until 29 days (29 days included) before guest group check-in date shall be subject to no-show price regardless of any percentages. No-show shall be applied in a manner to include the whole accommodation period of the group.
