Our Sales Team is here to assist in all areas of planning including off-site activities, ground transportation, sourcing gifts, and more. With over 30 years of Hospitality work in Jackson Hole, allow our expert team to help. The Jackson Hole Conference Center is located directly next door to the Hotel and provides 7,000 sq ft of meeting and event space. For groups of 5 to 300 people and with additional lodging at our sister property, the Lodge at Jackson Hole, located across the street, we are able to accommodate small to large events with ease.

The best times to visit Yellowstone National Park are from late April to May as well as September through early October. These shoulder months offer mild weather, fewer crowds and little to no road closures. July and August are the most popular months to visit. Scenic Wildlife Tours are available for individuals and Groups. During the winter, expect a wide range of temps, perfect for a snowmobile or snow coach trip through the park. There's nothing quite like seeing plumes of steam rise from beneath a thick blanket of snow and ice.

History Jackson Hole tells the stories of Jackson Hole that connect people to the history of this valley and region. Our Sales Team can help book this beautiful museum for a private event! Host your event nestled in the trees on the historic Van Vleck Block on our Rooftop Deck. This space can accommodate up to 128 people standing or sitting lecture style. Up to 80 people can be seated for a meal. The space can be used with a partial canopy providing shade and embedded speaker system. The Rooftop Deck has catering prep space, wifi, and bathroom access. A 100-inch TV with cart is available.

The National Museum of Wildlife Art, founded in 1987, is a Jackson Hole museum holding more than 5,000 artworks representing wild animals from around the world. Featuring work by prominent artists such as Georgia O’Keeffe, Andy Warhol, Robert Kuhn, John James Audubon, and Carl Rungius, the Museum’s unsurpassed permanent collection chronicles much of the history of wildlife in art from 2500 B.C.E. to the present. Built into a hillside overlooking the National Elk Refuge, the Museum received the designation “National Museum of Wildlife Art of the United States” by order of Congress in 2008. Boasting a museum shop, interactive children’s gallery, Palate restaurant, and outdoor Sculpture Trail, the Museum is only two-and-a-half miles north of Jackson Town Square, and two miles from the gateway of Grand Teton National Park.
