Расположенный в новом коммерческом центре города Хайнинг, напротив Нового Кожаного городка, отель HaiZhou представляет собой современный пятизвездочный стандартный бутик-отель бизнес-класса, примыкающий к представительскому центру, спортивному центру, культурному центру и городскому курорту. Отель занимает площадь 50 000 м2 и состоит из 17-этажного главного здания, включающего 2 подземных этажа, 3 виллы и 330 номеров/люксов разных стилей, удовлетворяющих требованиям гостей как дома, так и из-за рубежа с различными предпочтениями. В отеле HaiZhou подают блюда китайской и западной кухни. В отеле есть несколько ресторанов, где можно отведать отборные блюда провинции Чжэцзян и Гуандун, японскую кухню, блюда западной кухни с изысканными цветами и вкусом, а также разнообразные шведские столы. Зал, названный в честь «Цзы Вэй», древнего названия города Хайнинг, оформлен в китайском стиле и включает 19 изысканных и роскошных больших смотровых площадок и 4 банкетных зала, вмещающих 100-800 человек одновременно, где люди могли наслаждаться пейзажами парка, дегустируя вкусную еду.
