Политика отмены

Cancellation Policies Room Cancellation Fees Any cancellation will cause the charge corresponding to the total number of nights of contracted stay, plus tax for each canceled room. All rooms that are reserved and that are not requested on the arrival date of the group (no shows), will cause the charge of the total nights of rent with their respective taxes. Event cancellation charge Any cancellation of a scheduled event will cause the charge corresponding to 100% of the total value of the event. Since the signing of this contract, the client could have changes in the meal counts until JANUARY 15th 2026. Changes in the menu and number of dinners after that date will not be accepted. Any modification to the program within policies must be in writing and ratified by the hotel.
