Event services may be cancelled free of charge as stated below: - Cancellation up to 160 days prior to the day of the event: Free of charge - Cancellation within 159 and 60 days prior to the day of the event: 50% of the total event revenues initially contracted can be cancelled free of charge. Any additional cancellations will be charged based on the contracted total event revenues with 50% - Cancellation 59 days prior to the day of the event: 0% of the remaining event revenues initially contracted can be cancelled free of charge.
