The Shanker Hotel is a 100 year old palace, situated in the heart of Kathmandu, Nepal, faces the North side of the Royal Palace, just 5 minutes walk from Thamel, "the pulse of the city", is truly a "Heritage Hotel with a History". The hotel reflects aesthetic beauty of the historical past, a visible gradeur perceived in the traditional architecture and the comfort experienced by the Maharaja's of Nepal at a very affordable price.
