NOTE: The entire promotion offer is based on bookings with a minimum spending of EUR 12,000 and minimum 10 rooms paid per night. Outside or any intermediary services does not count towards the total revenue (i.e. AV services). Cancellation fees are not calculated in the minimum spend.
✓ Offered increased commission is valid for all initial bookings made and consumed during the promotion validity period. The commission is offered on net room rates (without taxes and breakfast)
✓ 5% commission on the banqueting rates is calculated from the net rates (without taxes and service charge).
✓ Promotion does not apply to a property Buyout, Weddings and Citywide Events or where the hotel and the customer have agreed on specific preferred terms not applicable to this offer at the hotel's discretion. Eligible dates are subject to approval by the Hotel, black-out dates and restrictions may apply.
