Primarily the majority of our rooms offer a 72 hour cancellation policy, but it does vary depending on the time of year, type of reservation booked, if the reservation was done directly through us and a plethora of other factors. Please feel free to call us in regards to your policy if you have any questions.

We do NOT have an elevator on premise and have only 3 floors. If mobility is an issue it is up to YOU to make us aware by calling us so we can help ensure you enjoy your room location and are comfortable! While we do allow pets, they are only allowed in certain rooms/room types, it is up to YOU to contact us by calling so we can help oversee you book the appropriate pet friendly room. Booking the appropriate rooms is your responsibility, we are here to assist you in getting just what you need.
