Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The bar program, crafted by Liz Pearce, showcases rare Mediterranean-inspired wines and spirits.
