Hotel offers 2 King beds and 2 single beds in the 3 bedroom home while the 4-bedrooms home offers two Master Bedrooms with King beds each and 2 guest bedrooms with 2 single beds each that could be converted into King beds if necessary. Meeting planner incentives and group concessions are highly encouraged and rewarded

3 and 4-bedrooms homes excellent for intimate groups looking to save money and offer personalized setting for the group. Hotel is located in a secured gated community and offers accommodations for up to 8 guests. For sports groups, we are only located about 1.5 miles from Disney's Wide World of Sports (ESPN), for family and leisure groups, we are located about one mile to Disney's Animal Kingdom entrance. The resort opened in October 2019 and offers luxurious furnishing, fully equipped kitchen, individual bathrooms in each bedroom, washer/dryer, parking in front of the house, and more. For a nominal fee, some homes offer private BBQ and Jacuzzi. Resort offers services, such as restaurant, zero depth swimming pool, jacuzzi, front desk, kids club, gated community, Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Free transportation to Disney and Universal Studios, no additional person fee
