City Villa Kuala Lumpur is an established 3 star hotel strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city with convenient access to major business, shopping and entertainment areas. The hotel offers extensive facilities for banquets, meetings and conference, large and small. City Villa, reputed for its affordable level of comfort offers a host of convenience for guests and patrons. Putra World Trade Centre, the city’s foremost convention centre is within an easy distance of City Villa and the use of monorail makes this hotel just a door step away to popular areas like Bukit Bintang and KL Sentral. Kuala Lumpur's central business district today has shifted around the Kuala Lumpur City centre (KLCC) where many new and tall buildings with postmodern architecture fill the skyline. The hotel offers extensive facilities for banquets, meetings and conference, large and small. Its function room, Dewan Persidangan Asia located on the fourth floor is divided into three smaller halls namely, Dewan Thai for 100 persons, Dewan Malaysia for 100 persons and Dewan Filipina for 100 persons. Meanwhile, another beautifully decorated meeting room catering for small conference, seminars, meetings, lectures etc. is located on the fifth floor of the hotel building.
