* 45 -30 days Deposit becomes non-refundable * 29 - 15 days 50% of the total group * 14 - 0 days 100% penalty (no refund due) Last minute changes requires a 48 hours advance notice. The Hotel is not responsible for any service delays as a results of last minute changes/requests. All group cancellations requires at least 48 hours advance notice. All cancellations with the 48 hours window will be charged to the group master account. For weather conditions, the hotel reserve the right to move the reserved event from beach or pool area to an alternative indoor site within 24 hours prior to in accordance to the national weather forecast.
